EXISTENTIAL THERAPY SESSIONS
Existential psychotherapy is a type of talking therapy based on existential philosophy. It focuses on all matters of existence, from day to day routines to the big mysteries and existential paradoxes. It helps answer questions about the self, whether it is about small things ("Why am I only drinking my coffee in the small yellow mug?') or the big questions ("What is the meaning of life?").
The existential approach is humanistic in essence with a wholistic view on individual identity, placing human beings in the context of their uniqueness, relationships with others and cultural backgrounds.
